The goal for this project was to fully renovate and modernize the interior of this 1790 home – while still preserving its charm and historical significance. The contrast of the original and contemporary designs create a complementary aesthetic. Modern amenities were added such as: heated tile flooring, a state of the art surround sound system, and smart home automations. And the fully renovated solarium features custom tiles individually handcrafted by the homeowner at his family’s ceramic mill.
