The goal for this project was to build a second floor addition and transform a simple ranch into a more traditional home featuring reverse gables, ornate brackets, and PVC paneling. This 3,400 square foot home includes five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and an open floor plan. A 16-foot sliding glass door spills out onto a large deck – creating a seamless transition from the living room to the outdoor space. The streamlined design and build process ensured that the project was completed on time, within budget, and to the architectural specifications.
